Dear Dr. Baltz:
In accordance with the understandings which vere reflected in Secretar-Udall's letter of March 20, 1964, to Chairnan Seaborg, I am forwarding Volumes 1 through 5 of the Final Safety Analysis Report for Florida Power Corporation's Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant in Citrus County, Florida. These volumes vere submitted as Arendment No. 11 dated January 25, 1971, to the application fc,e licenses.
We would appreciate receiving the results of a review by the U. S. Geological Survey on the geological aspects of the proposed reactor site which might have a bearing on our safety review of operation of ~ the nuclear power reactor.
