Dear Dr. Morris:
(1) This is to acknowledge receipt on November 19, 1971 of the Final Safety Analysis Report filed by the Florida Power Corporation to operate the Crystal River Unit 3 currently under construction in Cit-rus County, Florida.
(2) This is to acknowledge receipt on November 22, 1971, copy of the Amendment No. 6 dated October 8, 1971, to the application for con-struction permits for the proposed Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit 3.
In accordance with the understandings between the Secretary of the Interior and the Atomic Energy Commission, March 20, 1964, we will review those geological aspects of the proposed reactor site which might have a bearing on your safety review.
