Dear Sir:
In our March 3,1978, submittal of detailed design information concerning our proposed expansion of the spent fuel storage facilities at CR#3, we indicated that the detailed Nuclear Analysis and Environmental and Cost / benefit Assessment regarding this modification would be submitted at a later date.
In this regard, Florida Power Corporation hereby submits for the Commission's review three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of the following final design information:
1.
NES Report No. 81A0521, " Nuclear Design Analysis Report for the Crystal River Unit 3 Spent Fuel Storage Racks."
2.
Florida Power Corporation's " Environmental and Cost / benefit Assessment for the Crystal River Unit 3 High Density Spent Fuel Storage Racks."

This submittal completes our filing of all detailed design information concerning the proposed expansion of the spent fuel storage facilities at Crystal River Unit 3.
