Crystal River Unit No. 3 Docket No. 50-302 Operating License No. DPR-72 ECCS Small Breaks Analysis
Dear Sir:
In my letter to you of June 14, 1978, it was stated that operating personnel would review the revision to EP-106 " Loss of RC/RC Pressure" that incorporated the required operator action in the event _of a small break. Also, that all operators participating in the week-long B&W simulator review were to have an exercise that would include this " worst case" small break.
This letter is to inf orm you that these reviews were completed on August 4,1978 and July 28, 1978, re spec tively.
In addition to this, the title of Section 4.0 to EP-106 will be retitled " Failure of HP1 Flow Thru Both Trains During ES Actuation." This title better describes the actions that need to be taken and precludes any misinterpretation that may have been possible with the previous title.
