Dear Sir:
Attached for your review is. a report describing the permanent solution to the ECCS Small Breaks Analysis problem for Crystal River. Unit 3.
-This report is in accordance with my letter of May 5,1978. -
The permanent solution is based on the B&W ECCS Evaluation Model (BAW-10104,-
Rev. 3) with revisions to the Wilson Bubble Rise Model-and the two node inner reactor vessel noding scheme.
It is realized that the Comission has not finished their evaluation of these revisions and' that a modified permanent solution may be required if the Commission does not approve all three revis-ions.
Please advise if 'further discussion is desired.
