On June 20, 1973, Florida Power Corporation advised the DRO which could be considered reportable under Federal Regulation 10 CFR50.55(e). This situation involved incomplete documenta-tion in the weld filler material records for re ctor vessels, closure heads, and pressurizers fabricated by the Babcock &

Wilcox Company.

A report on the investigation of these records was submitted to the. Atomic Energy Commission by Babcock & Wilcox. A copy of the re. port, BAW-1403, identifying our involvement will be maintained at the Crystal River Unit #3 site.

Please advise if further information on tF s matter is required.
