Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Requests No.10b, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-72. As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
Technical Specification Change Request No. 10a is still under review by the Nuclear General Review Committee and will be submitted at a later date.
Also included is one signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 10b to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida.
