Several questions have arisen regcrding the operational I.ermit for the plant which we felt your office would be able to anmer.
Will you explain the procedure for issuing an operating per:: tit? Is there any timetable for this procedure as it regards the Davis-Besse plant? Will the lac be preparing (or has, it prepared ) an environmental i= pact staterent for this plant at the operational level? If so, inw would we go about obtaining a copy of this statement? Will the IRC be preparing a safety evaluation for the plant? Again, how would we go about obtaining a copy of this evaluation?
Is there any procedure for us to submit information regarding the adequacy of the evaluation plans which would be pertinent to the faC's safety evaluation?
