ORDER The NRC Staff has moved for an order authorizing and direct-ing the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to decide whether con-solidation of the Davis-Besse 2 and 3 antitrust prcceedings with the previously consolidated Perry 1 and 2 and Davis-71sse 1 pro-ceedings is appropriate.

The motion is supported by the Department of Justice, the State of Ohio, the City of Cleveland, and the h

2 Applicants.

No party has objected to the requested relief.

Accordingly, the. Atomic Safety and Licensing Board pr~eviously designated to preside over each of these proceedings is hereby authorized and directed to determine whether consolidation of the proceedings is appropriate under 10 CFR 2.716 and to take all necessary action to effectuate consolidation if this is required.

The Commission expresses no views on the merits of consolidation of these proceedings.
