LICENSEE VENDOR AUDIT SURVEILLANCE INSPECTION
PX ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC., WOBURN, MASSACHUSETTS
The attached report of a licensee vendor audit surveillance inspection
at the subject vendor's plant on August 22 - 23, 1972, is transmitted
for information.
Our inspector identified several weaknesses relative to the manner in

which the licensee's inspector conducted the subject audit and one item
of apparent noncompliance was called to the attention of corporate

management by enclosure to the letter summarizing the results of the
inspection.
