This letter is in regard to the establishment of a schedule for our review of your application for an operating license for your Davis-Besee plaat located in Ottawa County, Ohio.
We have evaluated our workleed, and based on this evaluation us have targeted the issuance of oer Final Environmental Statement for January 15, 1974 and our Safety Evaluation Report for June 15, 1974. A summary of the more important milestones are provided as an enclosure to this letter for your information and review, including our best estimate for hearing dates based on information available at this tima. It should be realised that the anelased dates are target milestones which may require some changes as the review process proceeds, and better estimates of the time required for the hearing process vill be available after public safety and environmental issues are identified. While we vill not fernally inform you (by letter) of minor changes to the schedule, we will coefirm, in writing, significant changes to the schedule.
Many of these milestones require specific input, preparation, or participatise from you, such as responses to questions, site visits, ACRS meetings, responsee to public and agency en==ents, and hearings.
For this reason, we believe that you abould critically review the dates associated with these important milestones and advise as as to whether you believe the dates are realistic or should be adjusted.
