Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Meccrs. Martin, Kister, and
Knop of this office on April 24-25, 1975, of activitics at Davis-Ecose
Unit 1 Construction Site authori cd by tiRC Construction Permit No. CPPR-80
and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. J. Evans and others of your
staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
A copy of our report of this inspection is enclosed and identifics the
arcas o m ined during the inspection. Within thene arcao, tha inspectiois
conciated of a celective examinaticn of proceduros and reprecentative

records, intorviews with plant personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No items of noncocpliance with 1RC raquirements were identified within
the scope of this inspection.
In accordanco with Section 2.790 of the I;RC's " Rules of Practice," Part
2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulctions. a copy of thin letter and the
encloacd inspection report vill bo placed in the NP4's Public Document
Roon.
