The Atomic Energy Cosmission has issued Amendeent No.1 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-SO issued to the Toledo Edison Ccupany and the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company for the Davis-tesse Nuclear Pcwer Station.
A copy of Amendment No.1 is enclosed.
The construction permit has been amended pursuant to the revision of 10 C7R Part 50. Appendix D, published in the 7EDERAL REGISTER on May 13,1972 (37 7.R. 9619), which eliminated necessity for the inclusion in construction permits and operating licenses a specified conditica relating to Federal and State environmental standards. The Commission has found that the amendment does not involve significant hazard considerations different from those previously evaluated.
A copy of the amended regulation is also enclosed.
