Nuclear Regulatory Cemission (the Comission) has issued Aconcaent lio.10 to Facility Operating License fio. f4PF-3, isst.cd to the Toledo Edison Ccepany and the Cleveland Electric Illuninating Cenpany, 1

for operation of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Pouer Station, Unit i;o. 1 (the facility) located in Ottawa County, Ohio. The amendc'ent is effective as of its date of issuance.

The amendment remves a condition which stipulated the amcunt of tiac allowed from date of issuance of the operating license for cca-picting the installation of ficw ceasuring devices to be used fcr bcron dilution centrol.

The amendment complies with the standards and requirerents of the Atenic Energy Act of 1954, as acended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and regulations. The Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter 1, which are set forth in the license amendrent. Prior public notice of this acendment was not required since the amendnent does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
