The Nuclear Regulatcry Cemission (the Comission) has founc tnat:

The facility will operate in conformity with the application.
the provisions of the Act, and the rules and reculaticas of the Comission; C.
There is reascnable assurance (i) that the activities autherized by this apendtent can be ccnducted withcut endangering the haalth and safety of the public. and (ii) : Pat such activities will be conducted in ccccliance with the Cemission's regulations; C.
The issuance of this ancncrent will nct be ininical to the cerron defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and D.
The issuance of this anenecent is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Ccenission's regulattens and all applicable recuire-nents have been satisfied.

Accordingly, the license is arended by deleting thelicense condition stated in paragraph 2.C.(3)(n) of Facility Operating License No. tiPF-3.

This license amencrent is effective as of the date of issuance.
