Ecually important are revisicos to Safety Analysis Report figures uich are usually submitted without explanation or identification. A procedure is needed to quickly identify where and why each change is cade.

Circling or indexinn each P&ID revision (accompanied by an explanation) would i

serve to quickly identify where and why the chance was made. Please adopt this procedure, or a similar practice that would accomplish the ssee objective when submitting revised P& ids.
