Oconee 1/2 -- The Oconee 1 Technical Specifications conform very closely with

the reporting require =ents Ifsted in the D. Skovholt ce=o dated 2/21/73.
Slight changes are necescary to obtain complete conformance. These changes vill be made in the Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications when Unit 2 is licensed (June 30, 1973). This will minimize the nunber of actions required on Unit 1 Technical Specifications.
Arkansas 1
- The' Arkansas 1 Technical Specifications have a slightly earlier version of-this_. section on reporting requirements.
It includes a "First-Tear Operation Report" (which we intend to retain) and differs in other sections only slightly. _17e intend to nake the few changes necessary to conform by June 6,1973.
