Based on subsequent discussions with fmR, it apxars that review and approval.of tha' letter by imR manage,cnt was delayed because of higher priority iteti.
As a result of.the above !!RR action, it annears that the concern addressed in your nenorandum uill be resolved in the near future.
Therefore, we plan no further action regarding your request.
