-287) SEMI-ANNUAL OPERATING REPORT FOR THE PERIOD JULY DECEMBER 31, 1975 I have completed a review of the subject report to determine if any of the reported changes in plant design involved unreviewed safety questions, as defined in 10.CFR 50, Section 50.59.
The majority of the reported changes are not safety related, and the others are minor changes which provide improvements in plant design and Based on my review of the reported changes and associated reliability.
safety evaluation summaries, I have concluded that no unreviewed safety questions are involved and that the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Section 50.59 have been met.
