~~2) a reduction in the limiting design DNBR from 1.32 to 1.30.~~
Item 1) above involves a relaxation of a limiting safety system setting and 2) involves a change to the bases for the Technical Specifications. In view of the above, it is concluded that the proposed amendment involves a significant hazards consideration and a Pre-notice is therefore recommended.
