I 269/69-5 and 270, 287/69-4 covering a vendor shop inspection at g
i Babcock and Wilcox Power Generation Division in Mt. Vernon, Indiana, on April 22, 1969. The inspection was directed to quality control in the fabrication of piping and heavy equipment for the subject facilities. Three specific weaknesses in processing at the plant vere observed which will be brought to the attention of Duke Manage-These were laxity in weld rod control, infrequent adjustments ment.
