One item of nonconformance with a construction specification was noted.
There were no safety problems identified.
Please note that containment building liner plate penetration i
sectio'ns were raccived on-site f; m Southern Boiler Shop with t
telding defects.
These defects v.ere found by the licensee's own inspection personnel.
We believe that adequate corrective measures are being taken by the ]i'.ensee; however, we plc.n a separato visit to the Southe 70'ler Shop to see f3 cat hand what quality control proced are in effect.
