Presently you are providing this of fice with two copies of the current ANO Unit I and Unit 2 P&lD's.
One copy is being maintained in this office and the other copy is being fon.arded on to our Headquarters office.
IE Head-quarters is using their copy to produc.e microfich for use in the NRC Emergency Response Ceriter; bc..eser, the cuality of the blueprints have in some cases precluded reproduction as microfich.
As discussed with John Griffin of your staf f, a microfich cepy would appear to be better suited for IE Headquarter's ur.e 6nd the blueprint hard copy is considered satisfacto"y for this of fice.
We would therefore request that you provide a microfich copy directly to our Headi;uarters of all future microfich revisions and a present microfich of the drawings listed in Attachment I which we have been unable to reproduce in microfich.
The microfich prints she.uld be sent to the following address:
