This is in reply to your letter dated May 12, 1980. Your letter requested an extension for the co@letion of your annual requalification exurnination until early fall of 1980 due to the additional work load of this year.
Based on the information contained in your letter, we have detemined that your examination date may be delayed until September 30, 1980. This will complete your requirements for the 1979-80 requalification period. Your requirements for 1980-81 requalification period will have to be completed by their present due date.
