This refers to the meeting held at the NRC Region I office on February 27, 1980, at the request of the Philadelphia Electric Company. This meeting related to the requirements for reporting significant deficiencies in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

The subjects discussed at this meeting are included in the Office of Inspecon and Enforcement Meeting Summary which is enclosed with this letter.

It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial in achieving a greater under-standing of the intent of the reporting requirements.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed meeting sumary will be placed in the NRC's public document room.
