Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 IE Bulletin 80-12 DHR System Operability We are in receipt of IE Bulletin 80-12 dated May 9, 1980 concerning Decay Heat Removal system operability.
As indicated in your letter of April 17, 1980, this bulletin requires a response on our part.
We have reviewed the bulletin and determined that portions thereof are of a short term nature as defined in our letter of May 29, 1980 (TLL 247). We will address these portions in our response.
Due to present workloads, we are unable to respond within the time frame specified in the bulletin. We will, however, submit our response by July 8, 1980.
