I write to request the following documents under the Freedom of Information Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. S552).

All contemporaneous notes, correspondence, memoranda, reports and records pertaining to Joseph M.
Hendrie's participation as consultant to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) prior to becoming Chairman of the NRC in which any of the following topics are mentioned:
a.
The Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant; b.
The Hosgri fault or offshore faulting around Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant; c.
United States Geological Survey studies or reports of the Hosgri fault; d.
NRC policies, standards, regulatory guides, rules, or regulations for seismic l
design, seismic construction, or seismic analysis of nuclear power plants.
2.
All contemporaneous notes, correspondence, memoranda, reports and records pertaining to Joseph M. Hendrie's informal relationship or contact with the NRC prior to becoming Chairman of the NRC in which any of the aforementioned subjects are discussed.
