This is in response to your letters dated January 23, 1980 and May 1, 1980, which transmitted revised pages to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
We have determined that your proposed revisions are in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c) and that they will not endanger the common defense and security and are otherwise in the public interest.
Accordingly, License Condition 2.1 of Amendment MPP-2 to your License No. SNM-1227 is revised, ef fectively immediately, to read as follows:
2.1 The licensee shall follow the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan titled, " Nuclear Materials Safeguards Procedures Description for the Fuels Fabrication Plants," XN-12, Revision 5 dated February 1977; as amended according to the schedule of pages, Revision 10, XN-12, dated May 1980 which was transmitted with his letter dated May 1,1980, from R. A. Schneider to J. G.
Partlow;~ and as may be revised in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
In addition, License Condition 5.1 is hereby deleted from Amendment l1PP-2 to your License No. SNM-1227. Present License Condition 5.2 is renumbered to read 5.1.
It has been established that the attachments to your letters dated January 23, 1980 and May 1,1980, contain information of a type specified in10CFR2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1),such information is deemed to be commercial or financial information within.
the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
