Amendment No. 23 to License SNM-1227 was issued on April 15, 1980, in response to your November 19, 1979 application for amendment.
A minor safety and environmental fee of $1,400 was paid for the review and approval of the request.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review cost is $1,634. Since the maximum fee for a minor safety and environmental amendment in fee Category 1B is $1,400, no additional fee is required.
