Please note that as a condition of the general license of 10 CFR !i71.12(b),
it will be necessary for you to have a copy of the certificate, the drawing and other documents referred to in the certificate, and comply with the certificate's terms and conditions and other requirements of Nuclear Regulatory Commission's regulations and those of the Department of Trans-portation.
A copy of the cartificate may be obtained from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Public Document Room, Washington, DC 20555 (202/634-3273).
In connection with your request to amend the certiticate, it will be necessary to submit an application which addresses the requested changes and provides information required 'y 10 CFR 571.21 to demonstrate the adequacy of the requested changes.
