e, In.accordance with 10CFR73.64 (c)(1) we hereby request a thirty (30) day extension to submit our security plan for the " Physical Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate and Low Strategic Significance."
Inasmuch as the effective date for implementation of this plan is 300 days after March 25, 1980, at the earliest, and inasmuch as our current management practices incorporate most of the intransit requirements, the additional time request is merely to prepare the plan into a compatible format with that of the NRC regulations.
