Fundamentill Material Control Plan, XN-12, " Nuclear Materials Safeguards Procedures Description for the Fuel Fabrication Plants".

References 1 and 2 above note four items which are not covered by the current Fundamental Material Control Plan (FMC). These items are:

1.

Contaminated clothing Laundry; 2.

SNM Accountability Measurement Station; 3.

Solid Waste Recovery Process; and 4.

Third UF 6

Items 1 and 2 are currently under test evaluation.

Revisions to the FMC will be submitted for those items if they are to be incorporated as permanent operational components.

Items 3 and 4 are future process additions.

Measurement plans for those items will be submitted for NRC approval' prior to operation.
