This confirms our telephoned authorization given June 2, 1980 for a change in the Technical Specifications for North Anna Power Station Unit No.1, as requested in your letter of June 2,1980.

Facility Operating License No. NPF-4 is hereby amended, effective June 2,1980, by making the following Technical Specification change:

Delete snubber no.103 on page 3/4 7-54 (Table 3.7-4).

Copies of the license amendaent, our evaluation and Federal Register Notice for this Technical Specification change will be sent to you when completed.
