We are submitting additional changes to the North Anna Power Station Emergency. Plan that were discussed with your Mr. J. W. Roe on May 30,1980 in Bethesda, Maryland. They are attached to this letter.
These changes complete our response to the original comments we received from Mr. Roe on May 15, 1980 and should resolve all the outstanding issues involved in the acceptance of the plan.
