SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - UHI HYDRAULIC Is0LATION VALVE ACCUMULATOR WEIGHING SYSTEM - NCR SQN NEB 8007 - SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector M. J. Gouge on March 25, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
An interim report was submitted on April 24, 1980.
TVA has not completed its review of the modifications proposed by Westinghouse. We expect to submit our next report by July 24, 1980.
