Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In response to the subject bulletin, we have determined that Crystal River Unit 3 neither utilizes " Flued Head" design nor designs illustra-ted in Figure NE 1120-1, Winter 1975 Addenda, ASME B&PV 1974 Code, for containment penetrations.
Therefore, no additional information will be provided.
