Crystal River Unit 3 Docket No. 50-302 Operating License No. DPR-72 FIRE PROTECTION PROGRAM MODIFICATION 3
Dear Mr. Reid:
On July 27, 1979, the Comission issued Amendment No. 23 to the Operating License for Crystal River Unit 3.
This amendment added license conditions relating to the completion of modifications at CR-3 regarding fire protection.
Our responses to the items of the Cafety Evaluation were made be-tween December 6,1979, and January 15, 1980, as indicated in the attachment, and the ninety-day responses from the NRC were due beginning March 6,1980.
Due to the delay in responding to our submittals, it will not be possible to have all the modifications completed at CR-3 by October 1980.
Your expeditious review of our submittals will be greatly appreci-ated in order that modifications can be completed at CR-3.
