Operating License No. DPR-73 Decket No. 50-320 Recovery Operations Plan Change Request No. 1 Enclosed is the Recovery Operations Plan Change Request No. I regarding the ell =ination of the 30P diesels and the 13.2 kv line surveillance requirements.
This change request is made subsequent to Technical Specification Change Request No. 22 which requested the removal of the BOP diesels and the 13.2 kv line from the Technical Specifications.
