This letter refers to your letter, dated March 31, 1930, requesting NRC pemission for shipmenc of two additional spent resin liners. This is to infom you of HRC approval to ship these two specific liners.

Currently the iiRC is assessing the ban on radwaste shipments which was imposed by my letter to you dated February 22, 1980. The NRC assessment will be completed upon inspection of TMI Units 1 and 2 radwaste shipment proCram and verification of compliance status with URC/ DOT radwaste ship-ment requirements including IE Bulletin 79-19. This inspection is planned to be conducted during the period of April 14-18, 1980.
