On January 14, 1975, we reported to Mr. Norman C. Moseley, Director, Office of Regulatory Operations, Region II, an environmental occurrence at Arkansas Nuc1 car One-Unit 1 involving fish impingement on the intake screens in excess of Environmental Technical Specification reporting requirements.
Attached is our report as required by Environmental Technical Specifica-tion 5.6.2.
