Gentlemen:

This refers to the inspection conducted by Blaine Murray of this office

on April 23-25, 1975 of activitics authorized by URC Operating License

No. DPR-51, and to the discussion of the inspection findings held by

Mr. Murray with Mr. J. W. Anderson, Jr. and other members of his staff

at the conclusion of the inspection on April 25, 1975.

Arcas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in

the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection con-

sisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records,

intervicvs with personnel, and observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no itc~s of noncompliance were

disclosed.

Two new unresolpd items resulted from this inspection and are identified

in Section III 9f the su= mary of the enclosed report. These items will

be examined on subsaquent inspections.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2,

Titic 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the

enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document

Room. If this report contains any information that you believe to be

proprietary, it is necessary that you submit a written application to

this offico requestin;; that such information be withheld from public dis-

closure. If no proprietary information is identified, a written state =2nt

to that effect should be submitted.

If an application is submitted, it must

fully identify the bases for which information is claimed to be proprietary.
