This refers to the inspection conducted by 31 air.c Murray of this office
on June 11-13, 1975 of activities authori:ed by NRC Operating License
No. DPR-51, and to the discussion of the inspection findings held by
Mr. Murray with Mr. J. W. Anderson, Jr. and other =c=bers of his staff
at the conclusion of the inspection on June 13, 1975.
Areas exa=ined during chs inspectict and our findings are discussed in
o
the enclosed inspection report. Within chase areas, the inspectica con-

sisted of s' elective er'H nation of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel, and obserraciens by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no ite=s of nonco=pliance were
disclosed.
Six new unresclved items resulted frc= this inspection and are identified
in Section III of the su-'ry of the enciesed report.
These ite=s will
be ennined on subsequent inspections.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the
enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Docu= ant
Room.
