Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted during February 16-18, 1977, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full com-i pliance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
Criterion V of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50 requires that activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented procedures and shall be ac-t complished in accordance with these procedures. This requirement is further amplified by Section 5 of the licensee's NRC approved Quality Assurance Program.
Contrary to the above, response tests were not conducted on the Nuclear Chicago Counter on January 17, 20, 25, and 27,1977, as required by H. P.
Procedure 1602.32.
