Dear Mr. Reid:
Our September 30, 1976 letter stated that we were performing a probability study on the reactor vessel support systems and that this study would be, completed by mid-December 1976.
As you are aware, this study is being performed on a gener:c basis for all B&W 177 fuel assembly plants and has required more time than originally anticipated to obtain the necessary information to cover all facilities involved.
Based on a recent meeting of the Users Group and our consultant (SAI), it appears that this report will not be ready for submittal until approximately April 1,1977.
Dr. Rooney was informed of this delay on January 31, 1977 and recommended that we submit this information formally.
