The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. I to Facility License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1.
This amendment includes Change No. I to the Technical Specifications and is in response to your request dated October 2, 1975.
This amendment changes the surveillance requirements for the auxiliary feedwater pumps to require testing only when the average reactor coolant temperature is above 3050F.
Copies of the related Safety Evaluation and the Federal Register Notice are also enclosed.
