l'c have reviewed Adninistrative Procedurc 25, dated April 17, 1974, and submitted April 29, 1974, which describes the Rancho Seco operator requalification program, and the revicions to the procedure dated June 21, 1974 and submitted June 24, 1974. Based on our review of the natorial submitted, vc have determined the program meets the requirencnts of Sections 50.34(b)(8) and 50.54(1-1) of 10 CF:t Part 50 and Appendi:m A of 10 CFR Part 55 and is acceptabic.
The progran nacquately describes the following items:
1.
The lecture series to be administered, including subject.'
and duration.
2.
The specific manipulations of controls to ecct the requircracnts of Section 3n of Appendix A.
3.
The nethods to be employed to assi. ; individual review of design, procedure and license changes.
4 The netbodn to be e. ployed to assure individual review of abnormal and circrgency procedures.
5.
The specific evaluation criteria for deteruinina attendance at a specific iceture, required participation in an accelerated requalification progran and other additional training, as applicabic.
