Tour letter of February 28, 1972 requested a delay in response to the comments and recomeendations of the U. S. Department of Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service transmitted by our letter of December 9, 1971.
The basis for this delay is that the information requested was based on review of the Rancho Seco Final Safety Analysis Report not your Enviremental Report where this information is presented which, as you noted, is currently beine reviewed by the Fish and Wildlife Service.
