Pursuant to section 105 c.(3) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, a notice of filing of an application for an operating license for the above-described facility was published in the Federal Register on May 8,1971. A request for antitrust review was filed with the Comission on June 2,1971, by the City of Gainesville (Florida) and the Gainesville Utilities Department (copy enclosed).
In accordance with your letter of February 18, 1971, we forwarded on June 4,1971, your questionnaire to the Florida Power Corpora-tion. As soon as the responses are received, we shall transmit them to you, together with the application for an operating license.
