Dear Mr. Moore:
This is to update the information supplied to you on July 17, 1975 concerning the joint ownership of the Crystal River Unit #3 Nuclear Generating Plant.
The final closing for the sale of 10% of the ownership of the Crystal River #3 Nuclear Generating Plant was held on July 31, 1975. At that time the Participation Agreement was executed by Florida Power Corporation and the participating utilities.
Our July 17, 1975 lettee identified twelve utilities that were ex-pected to participate in the joint ownership of Crystal River #3 on July 31, 1975.
However, since that time the Jacksonville Electric Authority has withdrawn from the negotiations.
The remaining eleven utilities that participated in the execution of the Agreement on July 31, 1975 and their respective percentage of ownership interests and generation entitlements are as follows:
the City of Alachua -
.0779%; the City of Bushnell
.0388%; the City of Gainesville and Gainesville/Alachua County Regional Utilities Board - 1.4079%; the City of Kissimee
.6754%; the City of Leesburg
