Dear h!r. Stolz:
In Dr. Butler's letter of blay 18, 1976, he indicated that the NRC had determined that a reassessment of the reactor vessel support design for Crystal River Unit 3 is required.
In his letter he requested that FPC review the additional in-formation being requested in Enclosure 1 of said letter and provide the NRC with our schedule for reanalyzing the reactor vessel support system.
FPC has completed its review of the requested information and has tentatively determined that it will take on the order of 67 weeks to perform this reassessment.
We have scheduled a meeting in early July with Babcock 6 Wilcox (NSSS supplier) and Gilbert Associates (AE) to develop a de-tailed schedule for-this work effort.
You will be advised as to the results of this meeting and provided with additional and more comprehensive schedule information at that time.
